What we do

We are a like-minded group of Primary Leaders of Schools and Academies in Staffordshire, who have come together to form a cohesive, effective and supportive learning partnership. We will have a central role where schools work together, with other agencies, the Local Authority and with our communities for the pursuit of excellence in education.

How we do it

We work together to maximise opportunities, enable well-being and promote excellence in leadership and learning for everyone. This is done through:

  • Promoting partnership and cooperation amongst the member schools.

  • Promoting effective educational leadership and school management to improve opportunities and outcomes.

  • Supporting the development work to further promote school improvement amongst all of the member schools.

  • Providing solutions to local and national challenges.

  • Seeking to balance the needs of each individual school with the requirements of the wider educational agenda and developments for children and young people.

  • Ensuring that learning and the child remains at the heart of the activities that we participate in where applicable.

  • Providing a sustainable partnership in both financial and commitment terms.

  • Providing shared CPD to share knowledge and expertise which will support the member schools and promote workforce development.

  • Working towards the establishment of a bank of joint school policies.

  • Ensuring the commissioning of services for schools is of the highest quality and achieving economies of scale.
